After your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated e-mail with a track & trace number so you can easily track your package.
We try our best to make sure the goods are delivered in the correct size and colour. However, if for some reason there is a mistake on our part regarding size and colour, we will provide you with a refund once you have returned the goods.
If a product is defective or does not meet your expectations, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can contact you within one business day and find a suitable solution.
What can I return?
- You have the right to return any goods you ordered from The GoodPeople webshop within 14 days of delivery.
- We will only refund goods that are returned with all delivered accessories and tags intact and in their original condition and packaging. Unpacking or trying on the product is only acceptable to the extent necessary to judge whether or not you wish to keep the product.
Please note that we do not accept returned goods if we suspect the item has been worn or damaged by the customer.
On receipt of your order, we advise you to:
- Open packaging carefully.
- Save the shipping box.
- Immediately check whether the product has any damage.
How do I return a product?
- You should return any item within 14 days of delivery.
- Carefully return the items in the box in the original packaging and with tags enclosed.
- Use the return form for instructions.
- Take the package to your nearest post office to return it to The GoodPeople store.
- Send the package by registered post and always ask for a proof of receipt. If the package is lost we will need proof that the parcel was received by a forwarder.
If you would like a refund and the returned goods meet the above stated conditions, we will return the amount you paid for the goods as quickly as possible. This will be no later than 7 working days after we have received your return.
It is possible to exchange an item if the preferred replacement is in stock. Please contact us at email@example.com if you wish to reserve a replacement before returning the goods. In case we are unable to send a replacement for your returned goods, you will receive a refund.
We suggest that you email your complaints to firstname.lastname@example.org. If this will not lead to a solution you can choose to report this to Stichting WebwinkelKeur. Since February 15th, consumers in the European Union have the option to report complaints to the ODR-platform of the European Commission. You can find the ODR-platform via http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
If your complaint is not threated somewhere else, you are free to use the platform of the European Union.
